An Emersion Blender was in the video. Although, a regular blender works. Put in all the ingredients in the order listed above. You want to be sure it is blended smooth. You want No lumps. Make sure you use a spatula or a mixing spoon to scrape the edges of the mixer/bowl. Ensuring all the flour and ingredients are all mixed in well. You want it to be smooth.

NOTE: When mixing by hand. Put flour and eggs first, then the salt; and blend while adding the water and milk Slowly.

The Greatest Cheesy Eggs:

An Awesome Additive to Crepes. You may just want Cheesy Eggs. Even for Sunday brunch or your chaotic Thursday.

This is an absolute hit! It utilizes some great delicately. That Rory is sharing in these videos. These ingredients are simple as well.

  • Eggs: This will look like too much at first. 2 per person. You will be able to adjust as you learn. Who eats how much.
  • Water: 1 ounce of water per 4 eggs. Making a new twist to your eggs. Do not knock it till you have tried it. It is something with this fluffiness.
  • Cheese: Shredded or graded it is your choice. We prefer Block cheese and gardening it ourselves. Do to the non-digestible stuff they put in pregraded cheese.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste. Adding to the heated pan first makes it pop.
  • PAM Non-Stick Cooking Spray or just butter, non-stick spray is easy. Looking into the ingredients you may decide you would rather use the butter.

Time To Blend! Using A Blender:

Start with cracking the eggs straight into the mixing bowl. Then you add in the water. Getting it ready for future fluff. The suggested amount is 1 ounce of water per every 4 eggs. Mix all the eggs and the water in the blender to a smooth consistency. We use Emersion Blender You can get one here. They are amazing to use so they are easy to clean and put away.

Turning the burner on a medium heat. Make sure you adjust the burner to your stove. These cook better and taste better. When cooked slowly on a low heat. Not fast on high heat. Once heat is going in the pan for about 45 seconds.

  1. Remove the Pan from the stove and spray it with the Pam Cooking Spray (Or Healthier Option). The major Key element of this process. Use Butter if not using spray.
  2. While Returning the Pan to the Heat. This is the twist. Then sprinkle pepper to taste in the pan. That has Spray or Butter in it. Letting the heating pan Open up the pepper. This really makes a difference.
  3. Add salt to taste. After pepper has made a difference. Add in salt to taste. Beware Cheese has salt in it already. Use less salt than you would normally. This process lets the salt heat up. Changing the flavor.
  4. Once that is all heated up. Then after 10-20 seconds add some cheese. Let it start to melt. Not all melted.
  5. Once it is melting, not all melted. Pour the blended eggs into the pan. with the salt and pepper in it.
  6. Then stir while adding more cheese as you go. Eggs are cooked to perfection. Not too runny, not overcooked just moist and fluffy. Great taste.
  7. Make sure you save some cheese for that last bit for melt on top. Once the eggs are fully cooked. They are still hot. It is time to add the last bit of cheese. Letting it melt all over the Cheesy Eggs as you are pulling them off that heat.

While The Cheesy Eggs Are Hot. Spoon Them Into The Crepes. Then Roll Up Those Crepes!
